This cleansing retreat is intended to align our bodies, flush toxins, lose weight, gain energy, reduce inflammation, conquer food cravings, restore the gut and harmonize the mind-body connection. This detoxing journey will help you reset ongoing behaviors or patterns that interfere with  your overall wellbeing.


Amber will teach you how to detox the foods that wreak havoc on your body, leave you feeling depleted and will guide you in replacing them with nourishing nutrient dense satisfying foods to help you thrive. 


We will be detoxing for 21 days where we will address your lifestyle, food patterns, headspace, self-love, stress, and will change the way you think about food forever.  

About Amber Attell

Amber Attell is a Certified Nutritionist, a Holistic Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor and the founder of Vibrant Roots Wellness, a brand established in wholesome living.  She has years of experience guiding women to live consciously, eat well, and align with life.  She strives to combine her love of food and enthusiasm for healthy living to better lives through healing both the body and the mind.

About the Detox & Restore Retreat

Amber designed this women-only Detox & Restore Retreat based on Dr. Joshi’s Detox which is rooted in the ancient science and wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine.  Amber has perfected this detox by combining her own holistic approach to get in touch with your body’s rhythm and feel your absolute best. 


The core of this course includes five sessions starting with a 90 minute kick-off session followed by four 75 minute sessions. Amber will provide you with the resources and support needed to assist you through the retreat. 


Each session will include a restorative 30 minute yoga flow with meditation to guide you in slowing down, releasing tension and creating a grounded meditative state to support you in your detox. 


Amber invites you to tune in to the goddess within, let go, open your heart to heal, ascend, and claim a life that nourishes your soul.

How to Attend

Each session will be conducted using the Zoom web conferencing tool.

If you’re not familiar with Zoom please contact us and we’ll give you a run-through so you can attend easily. Please use your computer if possible and have your yoga mat set up nearby so we can transition to our yoga and meditation easily.


Recordings of each session will be available in case you are unable to attend the session due to technical issues or otherwise.


A full refund is available for cancellations at least 48 hours before the retreat begins. This allows us to invite someone from the waitlist. 

No refunds will be offered after this time, however, all recordings and course materials will be available to you.
