Amber is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor, Certified Nutritionist, and the founder of Vibrant Roots Wellness, a brand established in wholesome living.  She strives to combine her love of food and enthusiasm for healthy living to better lives through healing both the body and the mind. 

Vibrant Roots Wellness is passionate about guiding you on a life path of self- discovery with food, lifestyle, and movement.

Amber founded Vibrant Roots Wellness with the intention of helping people feel better in their bodies and daily lives through implementing the science of nutrition, the foundation of Yoga and the art of living well.

Heather Grzych

Heather Grzych is an Ayurvedic practitioner and the author of The Ayurvedic Guide to Fertility. Her work bridges the worlds of conventional and alternative medicine to help women and men heal their physical and emotional lives.


Heather is on the board of directors for the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and has consulted with doctors, governments, and insurance companies. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Gary Gach

Gary Gregory Gach is an American author, translator, editor, teacher and poet living on Russian Hill, San Francisco. His work has been translated into several languages, and has appeared in several anthologies and numerous periodicals.

He is a mindfulness teacher and long time student of Thich Naht Hanh.

Kristin Coyle

Kristen is a dedicated practitioner, student and teacher of yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2008 at various locales around the world and enjoys creating community wherever she goes. As a teacher, her intentions are to be a clear emissary of the traditional yogic teachings and techniques in a way that is both empowering and rooted in longevity.  

Her love for yogic philosophy has also led her to co-produce a bi-monthly podcast called ‘Walking Dharma’ which de-mystifies classical spiritual teachings and explores how to apply them to modern day living.

Terra Sutton

Designer of community, entrepreneur, performance healer and Bowenwork™ practitioner and instructor, Terra Sutton continuously accepts the challenge to source and improve human health and function. 


Terra brings her 25 years of fitness, leadership and healing experience to her clients, students and corporate customers in the SF Bay Area and the Hawaiian Islands.


Whether in a treatment room, conference room or private retreat, Terra is thrilled to create an environment to engage and celebrate our innate individual and collective genius.
